This rustic planter is thrown on a pottery wheel from deep chocolate brown clay, and then hand-carved to create a rock-like texture.
Once fired, it is then dipped in a glossy white glaze, which settles in the recesses and lets the deep color of the clay shine through where it's thinner.
It measures 4" wide x 3 1/2" deep, a good size to hold a small plant or succulent.
