The blue tulip water pot is individually wheel-thrown using a smooth white stoneware, dried, smoothed, then bisque-fired. The pot is dipped in a milky white glaze, and hand-painted with blue and green  colored underglaze pigments, before being fired one more time to cone 6. This size pot is perfect for working with watercolors
