These water pots are wheel-thrown using fine white stoneware, then bisque-fired. They are then hand-painted with blue, green and lavender underglazes, and dipped in a milky white gloss glaze. The pot has 2 recesses to place paint brushes to dry, and a handy spout to keep the sink clean when pouring out.
Please allow for slight variations, each is wheel-thrown, and unique!
Three sizes available:
large - (out of stock) holds 8 oz. of water, and is great for painting when a larger quantity of water is helpful
medium - holds 4-6 oz. of water, a good overall size for most art that requires water to clean or refresh ink or paint
mini- holds 3 oz. of water, holds a wee bit of water to refresh brush or pen nib when working with small amounts of ink or paint
